All content produced for clients remains the intellectual property of Route 1 Design until final and full payment has been accepted.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Route 1 Design and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Route 1 Design reserves the right to use the graphics that it produces for the promotion of its design services.
Custom Artwork Copyright Limitations
Any artwork, including illustrations, designs and text, produced by the Route 1 Design Creative Director specifically for a greeting card or an invitation is considered as licensed for one-time use only by the requesting client while remaining the property of the Route 1 Design Creative Director and any or all of the artwork may be used by Route 1 Design in other commercial design applications. Other conditions may apply by special arrangement.
Donated Artwork Copyright Limitations
Any artwork, including illustrations, designs and text, produced by the Route 1 Design Creative Director specifically as a charitable event donation or for a not-for-profit event contest is considered as royalty free for use only by the organizing charity or non-profit organization for the duration of the specific event or as specified by contest regulations. Acceptance of the donated artwork must be clearly stated in writing. If neither accepted nor used by the charity or organization, all artwork and custom text remain the property of the Route 1 Design Creative Director and any or all of the artwork may not be used without written permission of the Route 1 Design Creative Director. Other conditions may apply by special arrangement.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
It is the policy of Route 1 Design to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Route 1 Design does not promote, foster or condone the copying of graphics, images or any other infringing activity.
Any supplied text, art and photography files are the responsibility of the client and are assumed to be copyright and/or royalty free.
If you are aware of any infringing material on the Route 1 Design website, or know of someone who is making unauthorized use of the content of the Route 1 Design website, please indicate your concern by submitting a detailed email notice to Route 1 Design.
